A quiet evening at Livland Gård. Six courses inspired by the sea, nature, and the seasons — carefully paired wines and one long table, prepared and served by the family who runs the farm.
Nothing on the table travelled further than the boat that landed it. Cod, kelp, salt, butter, the lamb from the farm.
The evening opens with a small welcome outside. From there we sit at one long table, and the courses arrive slowly, in the rhythm of the room.
This is not simply dinner. It is a cultural dining experience — the oldest kind of hospitality on this coast, kept alive by a family that still lives it.
